📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
  • Support children in their learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Monitor and record children's progress and development.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  • Promote positive behavior and discipline in the classroom.
  • Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks to children.
  • Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communication.
  • Follow and adhere to Montessori principles and curriculum.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
  • Familiarity with Montessori principles and curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for working with children and promoting their well-being.
  • Valid teaching certification or relevant qualification.
