📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of students in Kindergarten, Elementary, and English classes.
• Conduct interactive and fun learning activities to foster a love for learning and critical thinking skills.
• Provide personalized attention and support to each student, addressing their individual needs and challenges.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood and elementary education.
• Participate in school events and activities to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Promote a positive and safe learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (TK-KB) or Elementary Education (SD) from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other educators.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in English is a plus for the English Teacher position.
