Lingkungan Joko Bakery is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with mechanics and service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary documentation and adhere to safety and environmental standards.,Provide support and training to drivers and other staff on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience in managing a team or working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
