📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Implement and maintain standard operating procedures,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Manage and maintain inventory levels,Handle logistics and supply chain activities,Support the management team in strategic planning and decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Good understanding of logistics and supply chain management
