📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.,Strong understanding of the flexible packaging market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
