📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and analyze business processes to determine areas for improvement,Develop and implement process improvement solutions using industry-standard methodologies,Lead and mentor team members to ensure successful project execution,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations,Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented improvements,Provide training and guidance to employees on new processes and tools,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process improvement,Report on project progress and results to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, with at least 2 years at a senior level,Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN,Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement projects,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Certifications in business process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
