Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the company's leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Oversee and manage the company's legal team
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
  • Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
  • Ensure the company's legal documentation is accurate and up-to-date

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a legal counsel or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a legal team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with corporate legal matters and transactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
