CWC International Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project & Account Manager to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and manage complex projects in the vibrant city of Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of success in client relationship management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation to completion.,Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.,Develop and implement client satisfaction strategies to ensure high levels of client retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and client relationship management.,Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting project goals.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
