St. Andrew's Autism Centre is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher Aide to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work closely with our special education teachers to support classroom activities, assist with individual student needs, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist special education teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities.,Provide one-on-one support to students with autism, including behavioral management and academic assistance.,Monitor student progress and report findings to teachers and parents.,Promote a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.,Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, as needed.,Help with the organization and maintenance of the classroom and school facilities.,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.,Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience working with children with special needs is preferred.,Familiarity with autism spectrum disorder and related educational strategies.,Ability to work well in a team environment and with children.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse students.,Willingness to undergo a background check.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
