📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales and inventory to optimize store performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Promote the store and Fore Coffee brand to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent service.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
