PT Emas Tambang is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for safety and operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.,Monitor fleet performance and maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure safety.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any maintenance issues.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance history.,Assist in the procurement and management of fleet supplies and equipment.,Provide support in the development and implementation of fleet safety protocols and procedures.,Collaborate with the fleet supervisor and other departments to ensure seamless fleet operations.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in operating various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
