Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally,Processing customer orders and managing order status,Assisting customers with product information and recommendations,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records,Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth customer interactions,Participating in quality assurance and customer feedback processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using computer and customer service software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
