📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.,Provide financial support to the sales and marketing teams.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the real estate sector.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
