📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage employee administration, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead and coordinate general affairs activities, including office management and facility maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a maritime or shipping company.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
