📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
