📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients, in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff.,Participate in continuous professional development and staff training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or in a senior nursing role.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
