In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality and consistency.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet business objectives.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.,Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
