PT Dinamika Persada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Banjarmasin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain food safety standards.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
