📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor quality control to maintain high standards.,Manage inventory and materials to ensure availability and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.,Train and supervise production team members.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Collaborate with other departments to meet project goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with schedules.
