📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure their needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.,Handle and process mail and packages.,Monitor and ensure the security of the office premises.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
