📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.,Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.,Support the organization's efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
