📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
