📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate general affairs activities, including office administration, facilities management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities and equipment.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Manage and maintain company records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the management team in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general affairs or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.
