As the right-hand person to the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff, and equipment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen software and equipment is a plus.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
