📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional front desk services, including check-in, check-out, and guest assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote and sell our hotel's amenities, services, and special offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and databases.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hotel is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit.
