📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow customer relationships in the electronics financing sector
• Assist in the processing and approval of loan applications for electronic purchases
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the loan lifecycle
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive electronics financing product adoption
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan performance data
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on financial products and services
• Contribute to team goals by achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of electronics financing products and the electronics retail market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple locations in Bali
