As the Head of Projects, you will work closely with our clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that our projects are completed successfully. With your leadership and expertise, you will help to drive the success of CBRE’s GWS Local business in Bali, and contribute to the overall growth and success of CBRE as a global leader in commercial real estate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of high-quality commercial real estate projects in Bali, ensuring that they meet the unique needs of our clients and the highest industry standards.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that our projects are completed successfully.
• Work closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that they are used effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence within the team, and encourage our employees to think creatively and collaboratively to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Represent CBRE and the GWS Local business in Bali at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial real estate projects in Bali or a similar high-growth market.
• A strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2, are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
