📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, civil structures, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-compliances in the workmanship, materials, or installation processes.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed installations and structures.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical input on project progress and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in MEP and civil inspection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP or civil inspection, with a strong background in construction quality assurance.
• Certification in relevant inspection standards, such as ISO, ASME, or local Indonesian standards.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of ensuring high-quality standards in construction projects.
