🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a lead teacher role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education, such as CPR/First Aid, and Child Development Associate (CDA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori principles and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
