📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the financial and accounting operations of the FAT Project in Bandung and Gorontalo.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing monthly financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Manage the project's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Provide financial analysis and advice to support project decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project owners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the project's financial performance.
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
