📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort's pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and inviting for guests.
• Manage a team of pool attendants, providing training and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all local regulations and industry best practices.
• Use advanced pool management software to track and manage all aspects of pool operations, including chemical balance, equipment maintenance, and guest usage.
• Ensure the pools are well-stocked with amenities such as towels, sunbeds, and pool toys.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other resort departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pool management, with a proven track record of success in a luxury resort setting.
• Certification in pool safety and first aid is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of pool management software, such as AquaLog or PoolMaster.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
