📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
• Reconcile accounts payable records with general ledger entries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable activities to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus
