📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial and accounting operations of the FAT Project in Bandung and Gorontalo.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing monthly financial statements, budget reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage the project's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support project decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including project owners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the project's financial performance.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
